Wish I had a few extra bucks to buy some shoes. I'd pick one of these:

Since the ASOS pair is sold out, I think my top pick would be the Charlotte Ronson sandals. The platform is so high, which equals happy comfy feet. Yeah, I did the math: a 4" heel with a 1.5" platform = a 2.5" heel = comfort. But $187, jeez. Maybe they'll go on sale in a few months.

I use macromedia fireworks (which is basically a low res photoshop for web content, not print) and then flatten it into a jpeg. I design/create websites, so that's the only way I know. I'm sure there's a better way to do it, maybe in photoshop or something.
I just bought some nine west heels that look EXACTLY like the nine west wedge you posted except it has a nice thick heel to it. They're so awesome, and go them at macy's 2 weeks ago at the shoe and handbag sale. you should search around.
