operation tulip mini

I am currently on a mission to find the pefect high-waisted tulip (ish) skirt. Seems easy enough, tho my budget is minimal ($50 max, and I'm only willing to spend that if it's PERFECTION). Right now I am drooling over the Nicole Skirt by Lauren Conrad, but $85? Heh. So today I ordered this AA Polyester Micro-fiber Tulip Skirt in burgandy for $28. It's not ideal, but much more budget-friendly. Has anyone seen any skirts like this around? Any tips that may help me in this mission would be greatly appreciated!
