This dress one of my favorite summer staples. You can dress it up or down, and it works wonderfully as a swimsuit cover. I plan to order more colors when I restock my boutique. Any suggestions?

I really wanted to like this dress, and your picture sent me to the store to find it, but it just looked so cheap and flimsy on me (and short, I'm 5'9). I didn't get it.
